I’m assembling an ‘angry worker songs’ playlist for Labor Day. Themes include “it sucks to be an exploited coal miner” and also “it sucks to be an exploited lumberjack” and also “it sucks to be an exploited railroad worker”. 

can’t forget the classic “it’s always sucked to be an exploited fisherman but it sucks even more now that the fishing industry is dying”
