Inscribed: TENE ME NEFUGIA ET REVOCA ME AD DOMNUMEVVIVENTIUM INARA CALLISTI
Translation: “Hold me, lest I flee, and return me to my master Viventius on the estate of Callistus.”

(This could have possibly been a tag for a dog’s collar as well.)
